- $400 per night/3 night min or $2,500 per week; $7,200 month; (3 bedroom rate is $250/night)
- For the 5 bedroom home, the nightly rate is $400/night with a 3 night minimum required. The weekly rate is $2,300 and monthly is $7,500. There is a non-refundable deposit of $500 required at time of booking. The security deposit of $500 will be refunded within 45 days following departure less cleaning charges and damages or missing item charges.. Reservation must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Only the Security Deposit will be refunded upon cancellation. Travel insurance strongly recommended.
- Prices may change, not guaranteed until reservation is paid. Cleaning charges are typically $250 for the 5 bedroom home and $175 for the use of just the 3 bedroom home.
Smaller groups and couples may rent 3 bedroom house only at $250 per night; $1,600/week.
