Tennis: Enjoy tennis with ocean views and breezes on Popham's only tennis court. This is a private court. Its use is exclusive. It is not available to the renters at other cottages.
Fresh water lake access.: The cottage sits on more than seven private wooded acres overlooking the white sands of Popham Beach.
History: The property is the romantic site where the historic Rockledge Hotel was located.
Other Activities: tennis on exclusive private court; kayaking; trips to local lighthouse.
