Cross Lake Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- After Jan 1 2009, $375/3 night weekend or $700/week.
- Current Discounts available to ensure booking for early birds: $50/week or $25/weekend.
- Half of rental total is required as deposit to hold reservation. Converts to security deposit upon arrival and payment of rent. Full refund of deposit is given after departure when no damages are confirmed.
Cancellations: full refund of deposit is given if cancelled before 1 month of scheduled rental. Within 30 days no refund is possible. For weekenders, security deposit is $350.
Additional charge: 7% Sales & Use tax for lodging (registered Maine retailer - new law as of 7/1/2005).
