To reserve a date and property a completed contract (which will be sent via email) and 1/3rd of rental payment or $800 (if minimum is under $800) is required within 14 days. The last 2/3 payment and taxes are due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. All payments and taxes can be charged via credit card (Visa or MasterCard). A credit card form will be supplied on request and must be faxed or mailed.
Reservation Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the booking, the security deposit will not be refunded. However, if we can rebook the property for the advertised price your entire security deposit is refunded.
Mandatory Evacuation: A hurricane must be named by the National Weather Service and a mandatory evacuation for Destin issued in order for you to be refunded for early departure. If this is the case a pro-rated amount will be refunded. -
Nightly rate starts at $600/night 3 night minimum.
Christmas and Thanksgiving rate is $3300/week for 2008 and $3500 for 2009.
