Accommodates up to 18 guests: The rates quoted here are for up to 10 people. Additional guests would be at an additional fee. In addition to 5 bedrooms, the house also has 4 queen sleeper sofas, 2 in the living room and 2 in the family room,. So the house can accommodate up to 18 guests total. There are also 2 Pack-N-Plays and 4 high chairs for babies/toddlers.
SAFETY WARNING FOR YOUNG CHILDREN!: The upper gallery overlooking the living room is designed with an open log railing that would pose a safety threat to young unattended children. Please look at the pictures here and on my house site, visit our website below to see this design feature. If you have young children, this house may not be appropriate for you.
