Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $4000/wk, $1500/weekend, $600/midweek night
- A deposit for 50% of the rental rate is due to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
At the discretion of the property owner, deposits are non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
A security deposit of $500 is fully refundable upon inspection of the property. - $4000/week, $1500/weekend, $600/midweek night

Miles of hiking and jeep trails with waterfalls are located on the 6000 acre mountain lake community. Numerous fine dining restaurants are on and adjacent to property. Big Canoe recreation area and playground are conveniently located only one mile from the lakefront house.
Many other nearby amenities: Amicalola Falls is only 12 miles from Big Canoe. River rafting and trout streams are within a thirty minute drive. One of Georgia's premier discount shopping malls is located in Dawsonville only thirty minutes away. Winery tours and historic Dalonaga are within 45 minutes
