You can be penciled in for 4 days. Check in 3pm check-out 10am - This is the perfect family re-union home.
One month before arrival, the other half of the rent plus a separate damage check is due.
After the cleaning lady reports with no damage or missing articles, the check is ceremoniously, cross hatch, shredded four ways, taken out to sea with the pieces stuffed in champagne bottles and thrown into the Gulf Stream for retrieval by all the Nations of the World to decipher. During this final business transaction of your vacation, we party extensively and drink toasts to all those names on the checks.
