Rental and Cancellation Policy
Your rental fee is due in full in order to hold your reservation.
Your rental fee is 100% refundable prior to 30 days of your check in date.
If you cancel within 30 days of your check in date, your fee will be refunded if the property can be rented for the same amount of money. If the property is rented for less, you will be refunded the amount of money the property was rented for less any charges incurred for last minute rental arrangements. These charges may include key delivery via express mail services or other key delivery services fees such as gas and transportation costs.
Refunds for canceled reservations made by check, money order, cashiers check etc, will be returned once availability of funds has been secured. This may take 30-45 days depending on the banking institution. No refunds will be given for returned checks.
In order for your reservation to be confirmed, you must sign a rental agreement.

Stowe House Details
House Layout Details: This house is a split entry which means you walk up a few steps to the main living area and down a few steps to the lower level living area. The main living area has the kitchen with breakfast bar, fireplace in living room and romantic dining room overlooking beautiful Mount Mansfield. There is a deck off of the living room also with spectacular views. There are two full baths and 2 bedrooms on the main living area. In the lower level living area there are two more bedrooms and another full bath. There is also a large family room that has a TV and play space for children. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. The lower level living area is totally above ground and also has views of the mountain, although not as sweeping as the views from above. The house was recently renovated this past September and has all brand new bedding, furniture, carpeting and more. Renting this home is like coming home. Enjoy!
