Carrabassett Valley Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates vary from $125-$300/night for the 3BR.
- Winter rates for the 3BR are $125-$300/night depending on dates and length of stay.
Reggae Weekend -$1200 for 3 nights for the 3BR.
School Vacations and Christmas Vacations are $300/night
Christmas Week--We are looking to rent both the 3BR and Studio together to the same party. $450/night with a 5 night minimum.
. - Separate Studio Condo Unit sleeps 4-5
Studio unit is now being rented Sunday-Thursdays. $90-$90/night weekdays (2 night min). Great alternative for couples and small families. Less than a motel room with many more amenities. Limited weekends available.
Holidays and Vacation weeks in the Studio is $200/night + tax.
Breakaway is less than the price of a motel room and includes a Queen Bed, set of bunks, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker and microwave and Washer/Dryer. Full Bath with oversized shower. Includes DirectTV and High Speed Internet service.
