This luxurious Villa is in a private, gated area called Aster Cove in the community of Crescent Lakes. It is on one level and has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a two-car garage and a private screened swimming pool. There is high speed internet service, a security system and a built-in electronic safe. Overlooking an ornamental lake stocked with bass, the development abuts a wildlife preserve and is frequented by herons and sand hill cranes. This is the perfect base for your family to relax after a hard days 'park hopping'. Entertainment for the kids is provided with a PlayStation 2 and 9-in-1 Game Table. Close enough to the attractions for convenience, but this exclusive community is truly a world apart.

Great location ! Disney parks are just 15mins away, kids petting farm and horse riding 7-8 mins away, Old Town (carousel rides etc) about 10mins. Local supermarket, video rental etc are about five minutes up the road, and huge selection of shops and restaurants on US 192 (road into Disney) about a 10 mins drive.

Accommodation for 12 is provided, with one king size bed, two queen, and four singles. A baby crib and high chair are also available at no charge. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, making it an ideal arrangement for two families sharing, or an extended family with grandparents. The main master bathroom has a 2-person Jacuzzi® tub, separate shower and his-and-hers vanities. There is also a large walk-in closet. There is high speed internet service in the house, TVs in all the bedrooms and for the young / young-at-heart a 9-in-1 game table will entertain you (and the kids!) for hours, with foosball (soccer), billiards/pool, hockey, shuffleboard, bowling, chess, checkers, backgammon and ping-pong. They can enjoy the milk-shake machine, while Mom and Dad relax by the pool, as the steaks sizzle on the grill - Magic!!
