Shoulder Seasons:
April 18 to June 12, 2010: $1,800.00 CAD/week or $260.00 CAD/night (2 nights min.)
June 13 to July 4, 2010: $2,500.00 CAD/week
Sept. 5 to Sept. 25, 2010: $2,500.00 CAD/week
Sept. 26 to Nov. 14, 2010: $1,800.00 CAD/week or $260.00 CAD/night (2 nights min.) - G.S.T. (5%) and P.S.T. (10%) are applicable as we are licensed and certified by P.E.I. Tourism.
No extra-fees for additional people.
We require a deposit representing one-third of the total rental fees before we mail out our confirmation for the time period, as well as maps, directions and other information. Deposit is fully refundable when cancellation is received before the end of February the year of your planned holiday. The full amount of the deposit will also be refunded after that date when property is re-booked. Reservation dates can be changed at anytime depending upon availability.
