No extra-fees for cleaning or security deposit.
We require a deposit representing one-third of the total rental fees before we mail out our confirmation for the time period, along with maps, directions and other information. Deposit is fully refundable (minus $100 cancellation fee) when cancellation is received before the end of January the year of your planned holiday. The full amount of the deposit will also be refunded after that date (minus $100 fee) when property is re-booked. Reservation dates can be changed at no charge at anytime depending upon availability.
