- Master bedroom, with a king bed, and master bath, with a jacuzzi, are on the first floor. The fourth bedroom (also on the first floor) is separated from the master bedroom by pocketing doors. If the fourth bedroom is not needed as a bedroom the doors can be opened and the room used a sitting room off the master. There is a desk in it and the high speed DSL internet access is in it. There is a bath with a shower across the hall from this bedroom. The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor. Each has a queen bed. They share the third full bathroom. There is a queen size sleep sofa in the living room.

Contemporary Caped expanded in 2003: Enjoy the morning sun as you eat breakfast on the front porch. Or if you want a cooler, shaded place enjoy the cool breezes on the screened porch in the back as you look out on the bluestone patio, garden and wooded area. From the living room look out the back through 16 feet of sliding doors. Plenty of places to relax and unwind.
