Brand new luxurious villa, built in October 2005. 4 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms), 3 bathrooms, and a heated pool with hot tub. The home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It is 10 minutes from Disney World and near all the major attractions. Bed set-up is 1 king, 1 queen, 4 twins and 1 sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. Washer, dryer, cable TV, DVD, VCR, radio/CD player and Game Cube included. Full size Billiard Pool table, Multiple Game Tables, Gas BBQ and high speed Internet also provided. Fully-equipped kitchen. High chair, crib, and stroller are free. The heated private pool has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. There is also an hot tub by the pool for the ultimate in relaxation. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. Stunning, large, extended deck. With no house in the back yard, it offers a feeling of tranquility and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy. Patio furniture is provided. Safety fence by the pool.

Cumbrian Lakes is a small gated community with a feeling of serenity and security. Set in a beautiful, peaceful area just off Poinciana Boulevard, Cumbrian Lakes is only minutes from Highway 192 with a huge choice of restaurants and shops including a 24-hour Wal-Mart only 5 minutes from your door. A paved nature trail surrounds the main lake and people can be seen walking, bike riding and jogging here. Within 5 minutes drive from your door, you will find a huge selection of restaurants including: Perkins, Denny’s, TGI Friday, Coney Island (fish buffet), Chinese Buffet, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and numerous Italian restaurants. Disney is only 10 minutes away, Sea World and Universal Studio are 15-25 minutes away.

Community: Beautiful lakes and play ground in a gated community

kids friendly: Safety fence by the pool for the peace of minds.

Guest Book: We had the opportunity to spend a week in this wonderful home! The villa was exactly as described on the internet, and the location was ideal for visiting Disney and Universal parks. The bedrooms were inviting and the children especially loved having TVs in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and eliminated the need to buy all of our meals at the parks. The washer and dryer were a bonus, no dirty laundry to tote home. The pool was fun and the hot tub was appreciated after 14 hours of walking each day. We would highly recommend this property to any family that is interested in a less expensive, though comfortable alternative to hotels/resorts. Debbie Disney, Baltimore, Maryland Dear Friends: When we arrived the house was in an immaculate condition. It was better than we expected. It was roomy, and very clean.
