This home has great amenities and would be aptly described as casual luxury. Very cozy and livable, yet upscale in every way. Very spacious at 2200 square feet with a large jacuzzi tub in the master suite. The kayaks, bikes, paddle boat, and computer with high speed internet make this a great home for the active family.
This home is unique in the sense that it is waterfront on the canal with a private dock (access to Intracoastal waterway), yet only 150 yards from the ocean, with a very nice view from the upper deck. The great kitchen, hardwood floors, and projection TV are just a few more of the amenities. This property is also only a 5 minute walk from the small 'town' section of Ocean Isle, where there is a pier, restaurants, water slide, arcade, and putt-putt.

Ocean Isle Beach is 40 minutes south of Wilmington and 25 minutes north of North Myrtle Beach, making it an easy drive to either destination. The island is quiet and residential in nature with a great flat beach and a good surf. The quaintness of the island combined with close proximity to all of the entertainment attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer, make Ocean Isle very unique. There are 30 or so championship golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the Island. Grocery and other shopping, as well as restaurants are close by. The fishing is great and this is an outstanding destination for family groups.
