Chicxulub House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- September to June: 1 week $850 USD; 2 weeks $1,600 USD; 3 weeks $2,250 USD; 1 month $2,700 USD
- September to June: 1 week $850 USD, 2 weeks $1,600 USD, 3 weeks $2,250 USD, 1 month $2,700 USD.
Holy Week & Easter Vacation: $2,200 USD each week.
July & August: $10,000 USD each month. - Prices include all taxes and utilities. There are no extra charges other than specified here.
An advance payment of 50% of the total rental rate is needed to book the house. The rest is due upon arrival.
Up to medium sized pets are accepted. A $500 USD damage deposit, refundable upon departure, is required.
If you wish the caretakers to cook for you, it has an additional cost of $90 USD a week. Please inquire.
