Old Town House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • January - March; $675/night (excludes holidays & Sundance); April - November: $250 night
  • Regular Season...$625/night (1/06-4/13/08, excluding President's weekend & Sundance)
    **New Weekday Only Rate, M-W (no weekends, $500/night, see calendar ***
    Holiday ...750/night 12/14-12/27/07; 4 night minimum
    Sundance...$950/night (1/17/08-1/27 - 7 day minimum)
    Summer...$250/night or $1,500/wk (4/14-11/20)
    Rates do not include 10.35% Utah tax.
    $750 Security Deposit due three weeks prior to arrival. ($1,000 during Sundance)
    50% of total rate due within seven days of booking. Balance plus security due 3 weeks before arrival.
    $100 cleaning fee per week. Mid-week cleaning available upon request (required for Sundance)

    Cancellation Policy: For refunds of money, cancellations must be in writing and received 90 days prior to arrival date for full refund. After 90 days, cancellation constitutes forfeiture of your 50% deposit monies unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental period at the same rate.
    No refunds for early checkouts, late arrivals or no shows.
  • Out of respect for our local and year round neighbors, large or loud parties of any kind are prohibited!
