Clermont House Summary

Located in the upscale gated community of High Grove, right off the infamous Rte 192 strip just 6 miles from Disney, our one-story home has two master bedrooms, each with a king size bed, direct pool access, master baths and satellite TV. Third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds. The home has a unique Mediterranean style with the classic red tile roof and brick pavers in the pool area. The pool has a nice open view, enjoying sun most of the day. All doors leading to the pool deck are equipped with alarms to protect small children. Free long distance and international calls from the home phone. The two-car garage has been converted to an air-conditioned game room with a finished floor, recessed lighting, a lighted ceiling fan and bar stools for the enjoyment of the entire family. Game room has a pool table, air hockey, Foosball, pop-a-shot basketball, electronic dart board and a small auto-return putting green.
