- Summer Rental Rates:
May $975 per week, June $1200 per week, July $1750 per week, August 1750 per week, Sept. $1300 per week, Oct. $1,250 per week.
A 50% deposit of the total rental fee (which is non-refundable) is required at time of booking. Payment may be via personal check or money order. No charge cards accepted. There is also a $350.00 security deposit required at time of final payment which is due 2 weeks prior to occupancy date. This security deposit of $350.00 will be refunded within 2 weeks of the last day of the rental period. - There is a $75.00 per pet fee.
All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. From 4 PM on the first Saturday until 10AM the following Saturday
