- ..........The two bathrooms were updated in 2008. We go often to replace worn and damaged items, so everything is fresh and beautiful looking......They have Nickel Plated faucets, hardware, new Paint and Framed Art on the walls....There are designer Towels and Bath Rugs. We have Wall-mounted, Hair Dryers in each......Due to the previous owner being in a Wheelchair, he created a Large over-sized, Tiled Shower in the Master Bathroom. It has both a hand-held and wall mounted Shower Head. The second Bathroom has a Full Size Tub with Sliding Doors and a Shower above. It too has been updated with a Nickel Plated faucet and hardware, framed art on the walls and soft pastel paint. There Are Newer Ceiling Fans in both Bathrooms as of 2007 to keep you Cool And Dry.

- ........Our Corner Condo is NOT like an Interior unit that shares 2 common walls. They only have one window in their Master. Their 2nd bedroom faces a walkway or parking lot, allowing strangers to look in...Ours is a Groundfloor, Corner with NO NEIGHBORS on one side...It’s quieter and has Incredible 180-Degree Views from the Lanai and the Master bedroom's windows, that face both sides of the beach...The 2nd bedroom has views of the beach and the pool. Some units have loft bedrooms or the type that is open to the living room and closes with a thin folding wall, offering no privacy. Ours are Traditional Rooms with solid walls and locking doors. They each have Ceiling Fans, Cable TV, Beautiful decor, bedding and wood blinds. The Therapeutic $2,600 Sleep Number's, King Size Bed adjusts each side individually to your Desired Firmness or Softness. in 2008 we purchased new pillowtop mattresses for the Twins. The Queen sleeper sofa has a new mattress. We have a portable crib for infants.

How Many Condos Can You Swim Right In Front of ???: ....With so many Maui condos for you to choose from, this is my one chance to tell you what I think sets mine apart from the others....How many condos are 1,050 sq. feet and only 15 Steps from a Lovely Beach, where you can swim right in front in summer, and each winter watch Humpback Whales leap out of the ocean out in Maalaea Bay from a beachfront lanai?....When you walk in and see the view of the ocean from the living room, you will be delighted...When you go outside to the large lanai, the spectacular 180-degree views of Maui's entire so. coast, will take your breath away...Even the kitchen has an Ocean view...Every morning watch the sun come up over Haleakala...It is truly, an indescribable experience...The previous owner was in a wheelchair, he was allowed to enlarge the lanai. It extends beyond all the others increasing our views even further. It has 2 tables and 6 chairs... It seats 6 instead of 4...The drive from the Kahului airport is only 12 minutes on a four-lane highway.
Lots of Fun Activities For Children of All Ages...: We have games & a variety of DVD & VHS movies for all different ages. A Safe for your valuables, There is Cable TV in each room, 2 DVD players and a VCR. Watch two different Movies, no fighting over what to watch. Our pool is heated in winter. Go on a picnic in Hana. We have beach chairs (child's size too), beach towels, ice-chest, mats, boogie boards, an umbrella and sand toys. In summer our beach has gentle waves. Take a walk, there are lots of shells for collecting and tide pools to explore. 1/4 mile away in Maalaea Village are shops like 'Hula Girl' fresh Cookies & Ice-cream Parlor, Maui T-shirts ($4.99), a children's interactive learning center at the Pacific Whale Foundation. See the Renowned Maui Ocean Center featuring a clear 'Under-water' Tunnel to view Sharks and Fish without getting wet and 'Maui Golf & Sports Park' for all ages. It has 2 Miniature Golf Courses, a 4,000 sq. ft. lagoon, Waterfalls, a Volcano, Bumper Boats with Blaster Guns and an X-Treme Trampoline.
Why We Love This Place and Visit Often............: It is Quiet, Elegantly Comfortable, Romantic (even with kids) and you will never forget the Views from the Direct-Beachfront Location. This condo is closer to the sand than any other condo in the building. Actually, it's closer than any condo in any of the other buildings in Maalaea. Why do I know this? I have been coming to Maalaea for over 15 years and I've stayed at 5 of the 10 buildings. I am a 'hard to please' person. I looked for the nicest condo. I wanted it right on the beach. So many ads said they were on the 'beach' but there wasn't any sand. Only a rocky reef (no swimming). When I found this condo (for sale) I had to buy it. Because of the size and location, it was very expensive. So I bought it with my three children. We spent more money updating it. This is a wonderful, peaceful and inspiring place. I can walk out to My Own 'Almost Private' Maui Beach and feel the soft sand between my toes and watch my 2 little granddaughters play. It is Truly Heaven on Earth.
Golf: There are many top rated Golf Courses on Maui. If you would like information on them, please let me know.
Other Activities: Swim, snorkel or boogie board at our beach, just in front of the condo.
