Covington House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $165-215/night, $990-1295/week (plus tax and cleaning)
- Summer (June – Aug): $1295/week (Sat-Sat weekly rental)
Fall-Spring (Sept - May): $165/night, $990/week (2 night minimum)
Holiday & Long Weekends (Sept - May): $215/night, $1190/week (3 night minimum) - • Rates do not include an 11% tax.
• We only accept payment via PayPal - no checks or credit cards.
• For parties greater than 8, there is an additional $20 per person per night fee.
• One time cleaning fee of $95 will be charged per visit.
• Reservation deposit is $150 - Non-refundable within 30 days of scheduled arrival.
• Security deposit is $250 - Fully refundable upon post check out inspection.
• Pets allowed with prior approval. Additional one time fee of $50 per pet.

Plug in a movie or put the kids to bed and enjoy a relaxing evening on the adult side of the house. 3) 'Small Groups' - bring your group to Lake Morton, WA for a quiet and restful getaway, lounging by the lakefront, enjoying the wood-burning fireplace, reading the day away, or just sleeping in.
Perfect getaway weekend or vacation / holiday week: Bring work or leave it all behind. If you have to check email or take an important call, you can do so with free high-speed wireless Internet access and cell phone coverage. Best of all, you can do both while sitting on the end of the your own dock on the lake.
No need to pack a bunch of stuff: You won’t have to be prepared to arrive at Lake Morton, WA. There are major grocery stores, restaurants, and even a Starbucks just 10 minutes away.
Ski: 45 minute drive to Summit-at-Snoqualmie and 1 hour drive to Crystal Mountain.
Golf: Short drive to a number of wonderful golf courses including Druid's Glen and Washington National Golf Club. .
