Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

NOTE: Weekly stays are Sat - Sat during June 1 - Sept 8 with a 7 day stay minimum. All other times per year a minimum of 2 nights are required. Check or money order accepted. $100 refundable security deposit. $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Rates are always negotiable within 2 weeks of travel only!! If you find a better deal in a similar complex, give us your last look by speaking to me on the phone. We would prefer our villa be the place for your fabulous beach or golf vacation than to have it sit empty !! - This non-smoking villa is maintained and rented by the owners. We are very excited to offer you a nice, clean and relaxing environment to spend your well deserved vacation time!! We also live in the Sandpiper Bay Golf Community full time, so we can assure you personal attention if needed!! Our goal is simply to create the best vacation you have ever experienced!!

Guest Book: 8-4-08 Ballard family/NC When we walked into the condo we were so pleased. How beautiful! The decor is perfect for golfers & we went from room to awesome room checking out the cool interior design. Your condo is relaxing and we love the view of the 7th green. 7-28-08 Bridges family/OH We had a wonderful time here. We are not golfers but you do not have to be to enjoy this community. I think we spent more time in the pool than at the beach. We intend on coming back next year & pushing for 2 weeks! 7-22-08 Vicars family/OH We appreciate the use of your beautiful condo and it amenities. We especially liked the large shower, washer & dryer. We had a great time going dolphin watching on the Sea Thunder. It was great going to Sunset Beach for swimming & Ocean Isle beach for shelling. 7-8-08 Beacher family/MS We couldn't have picked a better spot for our honeymoon! The condo was amazing, the beach was great & the people are very friendly. Hope to vacation here again!!
