Bethel House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Winter Rates (December 15th - April 30):
$700/night (Usually 3 night minimum)
$3900/week
Winter Holiday Rates (Christmas, New Year's, February Vacation etc):
$950/night (5 night minimum)
$5,700/ week
Summer Rates (May 1 - December 15th):
$450/night (Usually 3 night minimum)
$1,900/week
Summer Holiday Rate (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, etc):
$600 /night with 3 night Minimum
Charges: $500 Security Deposit, $175* Cleaning Fee & 7% Maine Tax (rates are subject to change)
*cleaning fee may increase due to number of people (more then 10 adults)
** In some cases we may not be able to break up weekends to add to week days.
*** Some long / 3 day weekends such as Martin Luther King, and Super Bowl' will be charged at increased rate.
**** Summer weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday. - This house is in new condition as is the furniture and amenities. This house is designed to appeal to a large family gathering or 3 to 4 couples with children. There is no smoking allowed in the house and no pets allowed on the property.
We offer Cleaning service during your stay at an additional charge.
We offer a private chef to drop off meals, prepare a dinner, or just go shopping for you at an additional charge.

Main Floor - ½ bath off living room. 1st Floor -Bed#4 Day Bed which can be (1 King or 2 twins). 1st Floor -Bed#5 (2 bunks with twins on top of fulls) 1st Floor -Full Bath. 1st Floor -living room pull out couch which is a full. * All of the rooms are a good size and at least three of the bedrooms (bedroom #‘s 1, 2, and 3) have plenty of room for a pack and play.
