Get to the Beach!: This great 2 bedroom house in a gated retirement community is available for rent. Come down to Florida and sit by the pond or take a walk on the beach! Lay out by the pool or just play tennis. With two pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, workout room, plus a clubhouse with a pool room, ping pong room, and library, you can keep busy or just enjoy doing nothing. There are over 300 restaurants in the Sarasota area and loads of stores to shop. The house comes with everything you will need and you can cook if you want. With so many choices of eating out though, you may never cook at all. Once you try a month in the sun, you will want to return every year!
