2008 Special Events
Speed Week: February 2-17: $3,000 per week
Bike Week: February 29-March 9: $3,000 per week
Sprint Cup: June 29-July 5: $3,000 per week (six nights)
Biketoberfest: October 16-19: $1,500 (three nights)
Notes: Add 12.5% hotel/sales tax to the above mentioned rates plus a $250 refundable security deposit for each rental is required. - Spring Break Weeks may require up to a $1000.00 refundable security deposit.

The Neighborhood: Flamingo Getaway is situated in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood only three blocks from the world famous Daytona Beach. The neighborhood is great for walking and biking. The house is also within walking distance to Starbucks, Publix Supermarket, Blockbuster Video, Walgreen's Drug Store, beach side restaurants, specialty shops and entertainment.
Guest Book: Beautiful property in a perfect location! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach...and close to restaurants and shopping. The pool is kept up and the house is adorably decorated! The house is beautifully decorated and is furnished with the guest in mind, anything you need is available. The tranquil setting of the pool and the patio area is lovely. You can hardly pry yourself away to go to the beach. There were 9 people in our party and it was a great place to spend our family vacation. Very spacious and easy to keep clean.
