- The beds have pillow top mattresses and high quality linens. The futon sofa sleeper has a coiled spring mattress for extra support and comfort. We also have a pack and play.There are 4 pillows per bed plus a complete set of sheets, comforter & pillows for the futon. There are extra blankets all around the house.
