NO SEASONAL RENTALS! - $250 deposit in the form of a personal check or PayPal deposit is required to reserve the unit. Deposit is refunded upon checkout and unit left in good condition. Lease agreement via email , fax or USPS required. All rentals subject to 9% NH room tax.

All new microfiber/hypoallergenic pillows on all beds as of 1/12.
