Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Payment Policy:
50% deposit to hold the Reservation, the balance is due 45 days prior to date of occupancy.
Reservations that are not paid in full 45 days prior to check in date will be cancelled and all deposits will be forfeited.
Security deposit of $1000.00 is due one week prior to arrival. This deposit is fully refundable after check out and inspection.
Late Check-in and/or early departure for any reason including but not limited to inclement weather, do not warrant the refund of deposits.
Cancellation Policy: No Refunds
Rates are in US Dollars. Minimum Stay 4 Days. (Minimum 7 Days Stay during Holiday Season)
Credit Card Payments Accepted.
Rates are Subject to Change Without Notice. Maximum number of guests is 8.
Rentals are typically Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is after 2:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM.

'Bienvenidos' 'The Master Bedroom Suite': The beautiful entrance foyer opens into the spacious and spectacular living room with its state-of-the-art electronic sound system including a large screen TV with Direct TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo System, in a hand-crafted armoire. The sofa and chairs are imported, comfortable and lovely. This room is equipped with many games, videos and reading materials for all interests. The 'Master Bedroom Suite' is Fit for a King. The large suite has a custom hand-crafted solid mahogany king-size bedroom set. It's private bath is equipped with a built-in hair dryer and retractable clothes line, double bowl sink and a large walk-in closet. There are two chairs and table for relaxing or reading and a large hand-carved armoire with Direct TV, DVD and VCR. This room is beautifully decorated with awesome oil paintings of exotic Lions, Tigers and Leopards. A stunning ceiling fan and down lighting with dimmers will set a relaxing and romantic mood.
The 'Queen's Bedroom Suite' and Other Details: The 'Queen's Bedroom Suite' -- This large suite features deluxe imported mahogany furniture and a queen size bed, as well as Direct TV, DVD and VCR. It has a private bath with dual shower heads, built-in hair dryer and retractable clothes line. In addition to spacious storage there is a lighted built-in vanity with bench. Relax comfortably while you prepare for the day's adventure, for a romantic dinner or an evening out
'Trundle Bedroom' and 'Bunk Bed Suite' : 'The Trundle Bedroom'-- This bedroom is a tranquil place for up to 3 people. There are twin beds plus a trundle. The bedroom has a view of the private garden with its many beautiful flowers and plants. A lighted built-in vanity and spacious storage is here for your convenience.
