Located directly across the street from the lake and clubhouse yet still private, our 3 story, magnificent contemporary offers optimal convenience for up to 8-10 guests. Our spacious home has a huge, bright and cheery loft with lake views. The first floor features a ping pong room, laundry room and den for watching TV/DVD or plugging in your video game sets. Solid wood wainscoting, large windows and doors, quality carpet and fine furniture make this area extremely comfortable. This is an all season vacation home. Winter skiers and tubers will return from the slopes to the TV/DVD in the loft or first floor den, lounge by the living room fireplace or sit around the large dining room table with a board game. Spring, summer and autumn guests can enjoy their morning coffee and evening barbecues on the second floor wrap around deck or sunroom, conveniently located off the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a pleasure for the chef in the house

We are located in Towamensing Trails, 5 minutes from Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Split Rock Resort, Pocono Whitewater Adventures (rafting, paintball, biking), Hickory Run State Park, fine restaurants, bowling and more. Our amenity filled community offers a 190 acre lake with beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, adult and kiddie pools, clubhouse and snack bar. The roads are paved and level so bring your bikes and roller blades!
