How to make a reservation:

3. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation and policies
4. Mail your $1,000 reservation/damage deposit along with signed Policies and Confirmation of Reservation to
guarantee your dates.
5. Please make your check to Consuelo Lumanta in the form of traveler's check, bank money orders, cashier's
check or personal checks.
6. Advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is due 60 days before your arrival. The balance of rent plus 10%
tax and cleaning fee of $350.00 is due 30 days prior to your stay. Please do not deduct your reservation/damage deposit.
