The studio is 180 sqm with bed 76 inches x 47 inches (Folding couch). It can be enlarged with 2 additional mattresses to king size. Another roll away bed and extra mattresses are available.

Things to do: No other such a paradise island offers so many things to do during 24 hours. St. Maarten / St. Martin has 2 nations - France and Netherlands. 3 beach bars and 2 restaurants on the left side of the beach - one with entertainment - and 3 restaurants and 1 casino at the right side. There are 400 restaurants, 14 casinos with free drinks and music, some with life music, some of them 24 hours opened, open air dance cafes, night clubs, shopping centers. You have one of the best beaches right down at the villa with nice snorkeling with corals and colourfull fishes and you can visit many other beaches on the daytime. You can drive for sightseeing. On the daytime you can make watersports - swimming, snorkeling, sailing, surfing, parasailing, scuba diving or horse back riding, visit the butterfly farm or zoo. Tennis, Golf. You can make daytrips by ferry or sailing catamaran to neighboring islands.
Option for cheap phone calls: You can save much money with phone calls: For US$ 10 per day you can rent a GSM Cellular phone. You can forward your phone to it. Receiving of calls is free. Calls on the island and to the USA are cheap with a prepaid card. Making and receiving of phone calls abroad with your Cellular phone is very expensive. You can rent a WiFiPhone with US Phone number for incoming calls. You can forward your Cellular phone in case that you don't pick up the phone (in the OCEAN BEACH PARADISE) to that US number. You can give that US number to your company, customers, family and friends. You can rent a WiFi Phone for use in the OCEAN BEACH PARADISE and in Bars and Restaurants with WiFi. It's only US$ 10 per day incl. 30 minutes outgoing phone calls to the US (more: 5 Cent per minute) and free incoming calls, display of calls during absence and voice mail box up to 10 minutes per call. Costs for other countries on request.
Advantages of the Dutch Side St. Maarten : English language prices in US$ (January 2008 1 US$ = 0.68 EURO = french currency) 12 Casinos (no Casino on French Side) 110 Volt US AC outletts use of cellular phones during driving allowed
