House parties are absolutely prohibited and occupancy is limited to 6 adults/children. Misrepresentation as to who is renting the property, loud parties, or exceeding the occupancy limit will result in guest being asked to immediately vacate the property without refund and loss of deposit. Our units are smoke and pet free. We hope that everyone understands that we try to keep the units in tip top and clean so everyone can enjoy their time with us.
