'The Corner Slip' is a Historic Home just 2 blocks from the Chart House, Ruth Chris Steak House and many more restaurants. A Water Taxi is available for a fun 2 minute trip to Annapolis shopping & touring or a leisurely walk over the draw bridge to historic and quaint downtown of Annapolis. This is a 2 level, 4 bedroom home newly furnished to accommodate Boat Show Week, Parents Weekend (Naval Academy), graduation week, weddings , reunions & many more events. Sleep arrangements include: 1 king size (master bedroom with private bath), 1 queen size, bdrm #3, has 3 twin beds and bdrm #4 has 2 twin beds. There is a queen size sleeper in the living room & the family room. All linens (towels and sheets) are provided as well as a fully furnished Kitchen. There is a private fenced yard with a deck that holds two large patio tables with seating for 12. There is a fireplace, a bar, and office w/ high speed Internet connection for your laptop. Driveway parking for 3 cars + street parking

Annapolis is a Historic Town and home of the U.S. Naval Academy and also the State Capitol. It sits on the Chesapeake Bay and is surrounded by creeks and rivers. There are many picturesque marinas and wonderful seafood restaurants. Many tourist cruises and charters are available and can be found at the dock. Walking through the narrow streets of Annapolis you will find my distinctive historic homes - some beautifully restored. Annapolis is about 45 mins from Washington DC for day trips to the Smithsonian, the White House, Washington Monument, etc. You are also about 45 mins from the Baltimore Harbor and the beautiful Balltimore Aquarium.

Notes: This a two level newly furnished vacation home with all 4 bedrooms on the 2nd level. Bedding accommodations include: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 room of 3 twin beds and 1 room of 2 twin beds. There are two queen sleeper sofas on the 1st floor. The Dining Room has an 8.5 foot pedestal dining room table that sits 12 people. There are wine and cocktail glasses available for 12. There is a fireplace and wet bar in the Living Room. There is an office upstairs with a desk with a cable Internet connection for your laptop. Wireless connection available. The Kitchen has dishes, cookware, linens and party platters available. The deck off the family room has patio furniture and seating for 12. There is a 2nd floor covered front porch for relaxing and playing cards or games. The house is located two blocks in either direction from marinas, restaurants, water taxi and small beach for a quick small boat or jet ski launch. Off street parking for 3 cars is available & additional street parking.

Boating Details: The 'Corner Slip' is just 2 blocks from a small sandy beach where you can put a kayak, canoe, or jet ski into the water/bay. If you are arriving by boat, there are many places to dock - i.e. Annapolis Harbor. Water Taxis' are available. If you are in Annapolis for a regatta, a boat show, or a stop on your cruise, etc. the 'corner slip' nicely accommodates your crew with 5 single beds in addition to a King and Queen size bed.

Weddings, Reunions, Birthdays, Boat Show, Vacation: This home is ideally located for anyone wanting to be withing walking distance of the Naval Academy. Please call owner for rates for the Mideast Peace Conference. The 'Corner Slip' is perfect for weddings, reunions, birthdays, relaxing getaways. It is walking distance to great restaurants and Annapolis shopping. The yard is fenced, private and flat for entertaining. The Dining Room is formal with seating for 12. This 100 year old home is historic yet perfectly furnished and updated with all the conveniences.

Tourist Attractions: Annapolis is about half way between Washington DC and Baltimore Inner Harbor. Each of these locations can be reached for day trips.

Other Activities: Annapolis/Eastport is surrounded by Marinas and is directly across the creek from the Naval Academy and Historic District
