- Second floor master bedroom suite has a Queen bed for sleeping 2 adults with an incredible view of Lake Ontario from the bed. The air conditioned suite is approximately 600 square feet and occupies the entire second floor. It has a large closet for hanging clothes and storing luggage. Night tables and dresser as well. Also has a half bathroom. Watch and listen to the lake or the cable TV/DVD from your bed! The bedroom on the first floor has bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin/single on the top. Closet for hanging clothes or storing luggage and a dresser as well. In the large living room there is a sofa bed (Double) that fold out for sleeping 2 adults.

Things to do:: Water interests: Got it all - beach, boat, jet ski, rentals, ski, wind surf, swim, state park on the water, fishing galore, boat launch, dinner cruise on the water - all within 20 minutes ! Scenic: Letchworth State Park called the 'Grand Canyon of the East', Finger Lakes region, Watkins Glen and Majestic Niagara Falls all within 90 minutes. Shop: Antiques and malls just minutes away. Or just three hours to Toronto - scenic drive around Lake Ontario. Adventure: Snow Skiing, hiking, golf, or go see a game or NASCAR at Watkins Glen. Or sit by the 'fire pit' on the deck and enjoy private relaxing times. Wood provided free of charge. Or swing away on the hammock on the metal frame ! Move it to the location you choose as you relax to the 'melody' of the water. Ontario Beach Park and Port of Rochester and Charlotte (Abott's Ice Cream is famous) 5 miles to the east. Braddock Bay park and marina 5 miles to the west. Hamlin State Beach Park 16 miles to the West.
Fall Season: Take the easy leisurely drive through the Finger Lakes and enjoy the many small wineries, fresh apples and feast on the glorious explosion of color as the leaves glow in reds, orange and yellow! Metro Rochester is within a 30 minutes drive. There are great restaurants, theaters, Rochester Redwings baseball, planetarium, science museum, and various festivals throughout the summer and fall. Universities - State University College at Brockport (25 minutes), The University of Rochester (30 minutes), Rochester Institute of Technology (30 minutes), Saint John Fisher College (40 minutes) - Our Lake house is a perfect place to stay for homecoming weekend, or parent's weekend! Six Flags, Darien Lake Amusement and Water Park is 45 minutes away. Niagara Falls is less than 1 1/2 hours away.
College Shopping: The University of Rochester, Rochester Institute of Technology, Saint John Fisher College, State University College at Brockport, Nazareth College, Monroe Community College all within 30 minutes.
Guest Book: Along with a bottle of wine and an apple pie left for us (the owners !) our first visitor left a thank you card with the following 'Dear Lenny, Mara and kids'.. Can't tell you how enjoyable this was. It is like heaven ! I wish you the best of luck with your rental and we will see you next year !'
