Awesome, modern 1 BR/ 1 BA condo with private hot tub facing mountains, Queen sofa sleeper to accommodate up to four guests. On free shuttle line to Canyons, Park City, Deer Valley & outlet shops. The condominiums were built in 1999. They offer a slate floor in kitchen, entry, and ashless gas fireplace surround. All furnishings, bedding, linens, etc. are brand new, and were purchased in Summer 2005. Great open kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, cookery, cutlery, utensils, and a breakfast bar with stools. Washer and gas dryer in unit - loads done very fast. DVD, MP3, CD player, and TV with remote in living room, sleeper sofa and chaise lounge. Additional TV with remote in master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. Bathroom is enormous with double vanities and a huge oval tub. Wall to wall carpet with slate in kitchen. Heated garage with one assigned spot and storage closet for ski equipment.

Pinebrook Pointe Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $95-$225/night with Private Hot Tub
  • Summer - (May-Dec 15) - $95/night +tax
    Summer Holidays - (Memorial Day, July 1-5, & Labor Day) $125/night +tax
    Winter rates begin Dec 16 2006, discounts available for early bookings.
    Early 2006/07 ski season (Season Open - 12/16/06) $149/night + tax
    Regular 2006/07 ski season (12/17/06 - 3/25/07 excluding Holidays) $175/nt +tax
    Holiday 2006/07 ski season (Christmas/New Year/Sundance/Pres Week) $225/nt +tax
    Late 2006/07 ski season (3/26/07 - Season Close) $149/night +tax
    Minimum 3 night stay regular season, Summer monthly available.

    Rates subject to change
  • $300 refundable security deposit required at time of booking with half the total rental amount. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance to date of arrival, all security deposits are forfeited. Damage deposit will be refunded upon inspection and inventory of condo after departure. All rates are plus applicable Utah Taxes.

Private 6 Person Spa: The condo has every amenity of home, and more. Washer and dryer in unit, fully furnished kitchen and heated garage with ski storage closet. Very quiet, facing mountains. All furnishings brand new, purchased in Summer 2005. Outlet shops are 1 mile away, the resorts are 10 minutes drive, and condo is on free shuttle line.
