We will invoice by email at the time of reservation for the appropriate amount, rent, tax and security deposit.
We will confirm the reservations upon receipt of deposit and the check clears.
Payments made outside of the US and its territories must be made through PayPal with all applicable Paypal charges paid by the guest. Paypal accepted but all Paypal charges to be paid by guest.
Regarding cleaning fee: we will deduct from your security deposit $60, in lieu of charging at the time of reservation.
Weeks run Saturday to Saturday.
. - Cottage Rental:
One Half the total of: Rent + $200 security deposit + 7% Maine State Lodging tax is due at the time of reservation with balance due 30 days prior to arrival may be paid by personal or corporate check*. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date will pay total amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation notification must be received in writing (email or post) 60 days before arrival. If the time reserved can be re-rented, rent, tax and security deposit will be refunded less a $100 service fee. If the time reserved cannot be re-rented only the security deposit will be refunded.

- 1 large room with open beam cieling, a luxurious king size bed, dressing table, closet and wardrobe, binoculars for the views of the harbor and beyond. Maine nights are cool, so we have comforter, floor as well as overhead fans for warm nights. There's an electric, 'wood ' stove for chilly and/or damp weather. We have for you a collection of great vacation reading, and there's a sweet antique breakfast table for sharing your morning coffee and scones!
