- Terms: All Rentals secured before April 1st require 50% Deposit due upon Booking plus $300 Security Deposit. Balance of Rental Fee due April 1st nonrefundable. Rentals secured after April 1st require 100% payment. 7% Maine Lodging Tax due at check in. $100 Non Refundable Cleaning fee due with initial deposit.

Master bedroom has a Select Comfort Bed which is adjustable from firm to extra soft, your choice. The best nights sleep you'll find on vacation! Luxurious robes,spa style tub and shower in Master bath. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the deck with a pristine ocean view and surrounded by nature. You will want to return again and again after spending a week in this very special environment. For your entertainment you will find Flat screen TV's and DVD/VCR's as well as Direct TV with HBO offered. Every room in this house has been furnished and decorated to create a special Maine experience for visitors. No attention to detail has been missed. New Wireless Internet now offered.
Kitchen and Furnishings: This open floor plan has a great kitchen with views of the ocean. Kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances as well as Service for 8 dishes. Pots and Pans, Bakeware all provided. Towels and Linens Provided. Central Vacumn, Washer/Dryer in inside Laundry Room as well as iron/ironing board. Basic supplies provided (Toilet Paper, Paper Towels,Garbage bags,Dishsoap, Dishwasher soap,Laundry soap,Coffee,Filters, and Tea, Spices) Stop and shop for your groceries in Machias or Ellsworth on your drive up or the local Jonesport grocery. Formal dining room has seating for 6 and makes a great room for an intimate dinner or all family meals. Lobster in season is available at several places in Jonesport and on Beal's Island. Local Restaurants offer seafood and other offerings and a lot of downeast authentic Maine atmosphere.
Beachside Amenities: Step out on the deck and enjoy the abundant coastal scenery or relax and read indoors with ocean views from nearly every room in the house. Large lawn area front and backyard for games and activities. Walk along the sandy beach or watch lobster boats as they go by. In the evening there is an abundance of stargazing and crashing surf to lull you to sleep.
Golf: Just 15 minutes away in Jonesboro there is a golf course. Also in Roque Bluffs there is another golf course (30 minutes away). Enjoy golfing in the Maine cool air.
Other Activities: Birdwatching, 1.5 hrs to Canada, Harbor nearby, Quaint Lobster fishing village
