Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2,500-$2,750/week Multiple weeks Discount
- Terms: All Rentals secured before April 1st require 50% Deposit due upon Booking plus $300 Security Deposit. Balance of Rental Fee due April 1st nonrefundable. Rentals secured after April 1st require 100% payment. 7% Maine Lodging Tax due at check in. $100 Non Refundable Cleaning fee due with initial deposit.
- Please inquire about our additional unit for larger groups. Guest House is not rented as separate rental. Only rented as additional space for larger parties.
