Folly Beach House Summary
Lamm's End Cottage'..a perfect, affordable family vacation or a romantic get-away. (Just read the reviews!) 2-minutes walk to the beach: 8 minutes to our quaint downtown: Directly behind the cottage is an imaginative children's park including a gazebo for mom and dad to relax while the children frolic at 'Prirate's Cove'. Fully-equipped, granite, stainless kitchen. Much done, yet charm and warmth of a bygone era of Folly remain. Heart pine floors, tongue & groove wood ceilings and a large, private, front porch beautifully restored. The Cottage is surrounded by a huge deck which is a great spot to relax, throw steaks on the grill and watch the kids play tennis. . We'll consider 1 well-behaved, mature dog but MUST be pre-approved by Beth. Pet fee is returned, assuming ALL dog rules are upheld. New to the cottage this fall... fine European linens..new down comforters & pillows as well as gorgeous Italian sheets! Please first email Beth your request and she will contact you directly.

Cleaning fee/tax additional - Due to the health concerns of our family & guests, we are a strictly smoke free environment. Neither of our Folly Beach retreats are 'party houses'. We cater to couples and families who appreciate our impeccable standards delivered at an affordable cost. High quality, designer, all cotton linens are provided ---as well as too many 'extras' to mention--- all at no extra charge. Our housekeeper Joanne's work ethic is unsurpassed. In the three years of attempting to create our Folly 'gold standard' (and a dozen housekeepers later!) ... she is simply the best. The pet fee will be returned assuming all our rules... (no evidence of the dog inside or out!) upon Joanne's inspection.

Notes:
We have a handicapped ramp off of the back of the house which helps our Nana and Papa get into the house. Our doors are normal size so it may not be suitable for a wheel chair but its great for guests who require one level, lower living on the island. Please call if you have any questions about the access!
