Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Deposits
50% rental rate required at time of reservation. 50% balance due 30 days prior to check-in. $250 refundable security deposit required with second payment. This will be returned once the cabin is checked after guest departure. 'Terms and Conditions' must be signed and returned with payment.
Refunds
Half of the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if canceled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date. Security deposit will be returned following inspection of the property.
Check in is 4:00 pm. Check out 12:00 pm. Exceptions can be made depending upon availability.
