$300.00 reservation & security deposit. This deposit refundable up to 45 days before check in. If you cancel after 45 days prior to date of stay, and we can still rent for those days, all the deposit will be refunded. Early cancellation (45 or more days before arrival date) will be 100% refundable. Balance due at time of check in.
We accept Check for Deposit, and only Travelers Check or Cash for balance payment - Sorry no Credit Cards at this time.

Guest Book: Review Submitted: November 25, 2007 Date of Stay: November 2007 This was our 4th trip to the Hawaiian Islands. Although we enjoyed each trip, this by far was the most relaxing one yet. We both agree that mainly it was due to our accommodations at Kalama Kai Cottage. Away from the usual tourist hustle- bustle, we found the place so peaceful and quiet. After a day’s outing to experience the beautiful island, it was like coming home – the cottage was so comfortable. The cleanliness and all of the amenities were very much appreciated. If we are fortunate enough to come back to Oahu, there would be no hesitation. Submitted: November 25, 2007 We had a blast at your cottage.
