Kailua Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2450 per Month, $95 per Night-includes All Taxes
- $2450/month & 95/night & (includes taxes)
$95/night for more than 2 guests (maximum capacity is 4 guests).
$60 departure cleaning fee for 1 or 2 guests; $80 for 3 or 4 guests.
$300 Deposit refundable within 60 days of check in. Returned promptly assuming no major damage/missing items. - $300.00 reservation & security deposit. This deposit refundable up to 90 days before check in. If you cancel after 90 days prior to date of stay, and if we can still rent for those days, all the deposit will be refunded. Early cancellation (91 or more days before arrival date) will be 100% refundable. Balance due at time of check in.
We accept Check for Deposit, and only Travelers Check or Cash for balance payment - Sorry no Credit Cards at this time.

We did our share of sightseeing and enjoying the beaches, but always looked forward to returning to the cottage. It had “everything” we needed, plus more. Date Submitted: June 29, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2008 This tastily decorated cottage with all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday was the perfect place to enjoy the old Hawaiian aloha spirit. We cherished all the nice arts and crafts representing Hawaiian culture and enjoyed reading or having our meals on the cosy lanai facing the wonderful garden of the owners. The hosts were very helpful yet gave us all the privacy we needed. If you want to enjoy a long sandy beach in still walking distance but avoid the hustle and bustle of Waikiki this is the ideal place to stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for your comfortable and romantic holiday. We are looking forward to coming back soon.
Golf: There are many nearby golf courses, including Luana Hilla, Pali, Bay View, Mid Pac, Olomana, and Koolau Golf Courses. These are all within 10 minutes of the cottage.
