Tahoe Donner House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- For mid-week rentals, I am usually willing to offer discounted rates, please inquire
- $200-$500/night, depending on season and length of rental. Discounts on weekly rentals. Good deals for mid-week rentals. Please contact me for details on rates. Credit cards are accepted when you pay the 3-4% surcharge that the bank charges me. A deposit secures the reservation. Full payment is due 60 days ahead of the rental for most rentals, and 90 days ahead of the rental for special holidays or extended bookings.
- This is a lovely home that is well cared for by its owner. I have received overwhelming positive feedback from my guests after their stays at the house. Please feel free to send your feedback after your stay so that I can continue to enhance this retreat.

- Master BR with king bed, second Master BR with queen bed, gas fireplace, and beautiful marble and glass huge rain shower. Two smaller bedrooms (1 room with queen bed and 1 room with 4 twin beds), 1 fold-out couch in the loft, and 1 fold-out couch in the great room. As of May 2010, we have a brand new SECOND master bedroom downstairs. Picture windows with forest views. Beautiful and spacious glass-enclosed shower with rain shower, gas fireplace with two-sided viewing, mood lighting, queen bed, and easy access to the hot tub just outside. This is like the HONEYMOON Suite :)
