Culpeper Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $100 non- refundable deposit required to confrim reservation. Payment acepted: Cash, Check PAYPAL
- For the 1st time our rates will increase just a bit. We are also changeing the terms to allow for up to 8 guests (previously 6) at the nightly rate. We will also be prorating the cleaning fee to be more equitable: 1-3 guests: $50; 4-6 guests: $75 and 7- 8 guests: $100.
Rates continue to include sheets and towels, start up paper products, gas for the grill, firewood for the campfire, free WIFI and Satelite TV, as well as the amenities listed throughout the site.
Pets are welcome on a case by case basis and must be (housebroken, pest free and child friendly).
There is a flat fee of $50/pet charged for the removal of doggie hair, paw prints and the inevitable scavenger hunt for misc. doggie treats. - Check in is 4 PM and Check out is 11AM. Exceptions to both may be available, please inquire.
