Silver Lake Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- May1-October 31 $1900/Week, $350/2 night weekend, $525/3 night weekend.
- Rental Season: May1-October 31
Weekly Rentals: June through August. $1900/week. $300 security deposit (refundable) required. To book the week, $950 down payment + $300 security deposit ($1250 total) is required, with the remaining $950 due no later than two weeks prior to arrival date. Cottage is considered booked when down payment & security deposit is received and check has cleared.
Weekends: Spring and Fall. Based on double occupancy; $350/ 2 night weekend, $525/3 night weekend and a $300 security deposit (refundable) required. To book a weekend, the total rent and security deposit are required at the time the reservation is made. For groups larger than 2, the rental rate will be adjusted accordingly.
Checks or money orders are accepted. - Cancellation Policies:
Weekly Rentals: You may cancel at anytime prior to arrival date and receive a full refund if the cottage can be re-rented. If the cottage cannot be re-rented, no refund will be extended.
Weekend Rentals: Cancellations may be made up to 3 days prior to arrival with a full refund. After that, the $300 deposit will not be refunded.
Check in time for weekly rentals is on Saturday at 3pm. Checkout time is 11a.m. the following Saturday.
Check in time for weekends is 3pm Friday, and checkout is 11 a.m. on departure date.
