White Tail Cabin is the perfect family getaway, nestled at the end of a private road behind an 1840's farm house. This log home sits in the middle of 2 + wooded acres and offers a 5 minute ride to Acadia State Park and a 10 Minute ride into the town of Bar Harbor. There is free shuttle service all around the island and you can catch it at the entrance of our private road. The home features 2 full bedrooms and a loft that sleeps 2 as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Outside on the back deck is a gas grill, table and chairs. Inside the cottage you will find board games, books, over 60 Movies as well as a PS2 and XBox with over 20 games for that rainy day. Available on the island are whale watching boat trips, sea kayaking, ferry rides, sailing, rock climbing, birdwatching, lake swimming and much more.
