Sandy House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $295 to $550 per night.
- Summer Season (April 15th to Dec. 1st) $295 per night 7th night free.
Low Season (Dec. 1st to 22nd, Jan.2nd to 31st, April 1st to 14th) $455 per night 7th night free.
Christmas Season (Dec. 23rd to Jan 1st) $550 per night 7th night free.
High Season (Feb.1st to Mar. 31st) $495 per night 7th night free. - There is a 2 night deposit to hold the reservation. The final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded deposit less a $200 handling fee. Cancellations 45 to 30 days prior will forfeit deposit. Cancellations made with days or less prior will be subject to re-booking on the full amount. We accept credit cards.
