Newly Updated: six month and one day leases do not have to pay 11.5% tax. $3300 month for 6 months A furnished or unfurnished available for $1600 to $2200 a month for annual lease. Updated new kitchen etc. Designer condo with ocean view from every room.
Social Club and many activities: Condo has: Social committee and schedules many events, bridge, dinner cruises, water aerobics, holiday parties etc. Nine free tennis courts on premises and tennis pro. 24 hour manned gate. Property is next to Jupiter beach resort and residents here have access thru gate to resort dining, and spa and outdoor restaurant for lunch and cocktails by the pool on the beach and walking is easy from our beach next door or through the gate to hotel.
Golf: Directly west of the condo next door is an 18 hole par three public course. Many other public courses available and club memberships to country clubs nearby also available.
Other Activities: Picnics next door on beach in huge park with heart trail and BBQ pits
