Immaculately fully turn-key furnished with linens, kitchen utensils etc. No tacky worn out linens or furniture or appliances. Everything is designer furnished and fairly new. Linens are top grade five star hotel quality and so is all furniture. Flat Screen t,V.'s. Tile floors thru-out with bamboo kitchen floor and carpet in guest room. Updated bathrooms. Penthouse condo with balcony that faces east and see the sunrise every morning and from the cat walk see the city at night and the lighthouse.
