New Seabury Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Spring: $1850 / week April 28, 2012 to June 15, 2012
Summer: $2300 / week June 16, 2012 to September 7, 2012
Fall: $1850 / week September 8, 2012 to October 5, 2012
Winter: $1150 / week October 6, 2012 to April 26, 2013 - Full winter season rate is available.
Two nights minimum: Winter/Spring February 25, 2012 to June 16, 2012

Seven night minimum: Summer: June 16, 2012 to September 8, 2012.
A Refundable $500 security deposit required.
Cleaning Fee of $165 is charged per stay. Cleaning Fee is deducted from the Security Deposit.
