To secure a date, a $300 refundable security deposit is required. For stays greater than 3 weeks, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Reservation is confirmed when the deposit is received.
If you are making a reservation within the month, the rent and deposit is due at the same time. Deposit will be returned if no damages or excessive cleaning is required. -
Pets under 20 pounds are welcome! $25/Day
We accept credit cards through Pay Pal at a service fee of 2.9% Please inquire.
