Arrowhead Lake Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $350-$600*/weekend, $650-$775*/week
- Summer (May 25 - September 3): $625/weekend, $775/week
Winter (December 1 - March 20): $390/weekend, $650/week, $2250/month
Off Season: $350/weekend, $575/week, $2100/month
* Holiday Weeks & Weekends Extra.
Check-in After 3:00 PM
Check-Out before 11:00 AM
(Weeks Start Sunday at 3:00 PM to following Sunday at 11:00 AM)
* Renters MUST be 25 years of age or older. Proof of age required. All rentals require a minimum refundable cleaning/security deposit of $250.00. Rates are subject to change. - Arrowhead Lakes is a private Community and takes security very seriously. There are additional fees paid by the Renter directly to Arrowhead Lakes:
A) Gate Pass: $25.00/vehicle for the length of your stay. Arrowhead Lake is a Premium Private Community which has security patrols 24 hours a day.
B) Amenity Badges: $8.00 per person per day or $30.00 per person per week.
*Amenity Badges are only required from Memorial Day through Labor Day.*
These fees are not negotiable and must be paid to Arrowhead Lakes Community Association (5) days in advance of your stay. They are a mandatory security measure.
