Arrowhead Lake Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $350-$650*/weekend, $525-$750*/week, $1800-$2750*/month

Summer (Memorial Day - Labor Day): $650/weekend, $750/week, $2750/month
Winter (December 1 - March 15): $375/weekend, $575/week, $2150/month
Off Season: $350/weekend, $525/week, $1800/month

Check-in After 3:00 PM
Check-Out before 11:00 AM
(Weeks Start Sunday at 3:00 PM to following Sunday at 11:00 AM) -
* Renters MUST be 25 years of age or older. Proof of age required.
All rentals require a minimum refundable security deposit of $250.00. Rates are subject to change. Arrowhead Lakes Community takes security seriously. There are additional fees paid by the Renter directly to Arrowhead Lakes:
Gate Pass: $25.00 per vehicle for the length of your stay (license and registration required).
Arrowhead has security patrols 24 hours a day.
*Amenity Badges are only required from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Amenity Badges: $7.50 per person per day or $25.00 per person per week.
These fees are not negotiable, must be paid to Arrowhead Lakes Community Association (4) days in advance. They are a mandatory security measure.
