Bernard Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- 2009 Rates
May 16th thru June 12th = $800 per week
June 13th thru July 3rd = $1000 per week
July 4th thru Sept 11th = $1300 per week
Sept 12th thru Oct 2nd = $900 per week
Oct 3rd thru Oct 30th = $800 per week
Dogs/Pets - additional fee of $100 per week per pet - non-refundable - $400 Refundable Security Deposit
$100 Additional Rental Fee Per Week Per Dog (non-refundable)
After April 1st 70% of Rental Fee is required as deposit
Full payment is expected 3 weeks prior to arrival

CHECK-OUT TIME: PROMPTLY AT 10AM TO ALLOW FOR CLEANING BETWEEN GUESTS
