Free Wifi, Laundry, Large Sundeck, Sleeps 5+: WiFi is included free with the rental. Laundry facilities (as well as additional on-shore bathrooms and showers) are conveniently located right at the marina. Also right in the marina is the Tavern on the Water, a restaurant and bar with a great view of the Boston Skyline, and on-shore grilling and picnic facilities. It is fully air-conditioned and heated. An Aero-bed offers additional sleeping options, as does the living room sleep sofa. There’s tons of outdoor sunning area: a front and back porch with a gas grill and a large roof sun deck. All sheets and towels are provided. The boat is large enough to comfortably accommodate up to four adults or 2 adults with a few children. This unusual and funky craft comes complete with a private stateroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bath with shower, plenty of closet space, a full-size eat-in kitchen with standard size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, and all the needed utensils and cookware.

Water taxi right to Houseboat, Free Parking: We provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and loads of bathroom products such as soaps, shampoos, and lotions. We even include lots of cooking ingredients such as coffee, herbs, spices, condiments, etc... All this for less than the price of the smallest rooms at any of the nearby downtown waterfront hotels! If you are flying into Boston, you can arrange a private water taxi to pick you up at the airport and take you directly to the houseboat for $15 per person (kids are free!) If you are arriving by car, you will avoid the hassle and expense of finding and paying for downtown parking. We will provide you a FREE! parking space right on the pier in the marina.
